SHIPPING
Pola Palma ships from Summerlin Las Vegas. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via UPS within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
Packages are picked up by UPS + DHL Express daily (Mon-Fri) by 3pm PST.
USA SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. Some of our pieces are made to order - please allow 1-2 weeks for these items to ship. Made to order items are noted in product description.
Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 5 business days.
USA SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic US orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout: UPS 2 Day (Delivery in 2 Business Days) and UPS Next Day. While we aim to prioritize expedited orders, the standard time for order fulfillment may apply during high volume periods.
Pola Palm is not responsible for delays in tracking or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. DHL typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive. International shipping costs vary by shipping location.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Lili Claspe, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lili Claspe.
LOST PACKAGES
Pola Palma is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
ROUTE
Route is available for purchase at checkout to protect your parcel against loss, theft and damage. Claims need to filed directly through to Route. If Route is declined at checkout, Pola Palma is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels.

JEWELRY
- Always protect your jewelry from sharp blows, scratching and harsh chemicals
- Store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.
- Your jewelry will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewelry regularly, using a professional jewelry cleaning product. Always read the manufacturers instructions.
- Never go swimming wearing your jewelry, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewelry. The high salt content in the ocean will also damage and tarnish Gold Plated jewelry.
- Avoid wearing while performing sports activities.
JEWELRY CARE
For plated items, it's best to remove your Pola Palma jewelry when:
- Bathing
- Working out
- Swimming in the pool or ocean
- Putting on lotion, hairspray, perfume, or any other beauty products
- Cleaning the house or using harsh chemicals
If the jewelry is exposed to any of the above, it is always best to dry the piece before storing to preserve quality/vibrancy.
STERLING SILVER
Keep silver jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids as they create abrasions and reduce the lustre of the metal. Cleaning silver jewelry is best done with a professional jewelry cleaning product.
GOLD
Keep gold jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids as they create abrasions and reduce the lustre of the metal. Cleaning gold jewelry is best done with warm water and detergent free soap.
GOLD PLATED
All plating will eventually wear off over time due to normal usage. Use non-abrasive cleaning materials. If a cleaning substance is too strong it may remove the gold.
Do not let your jewelry come into contact with nail polish removers, perfume or hairspray. Frequently clean in a mild dishwashing liquid diluted in water. Use of a polishing cloth or strong jewelry cleaner is NOT recommended.
